Download our worksheet (Excel for PC or Numbers for Mac) as a handy place to gather and store the information you will input while creating and maintaining your Player Recruiting Profile. You certainly do not have to use the worksheet, but by using this guide, you can easily copy and paste text and website links into your online form fields without hunting for information (names, stats, dates, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, etc.) while working in the form and before submitting the info.
In addition to text field inputs, you will also be able to upload photos and documents from your computer. To keep your image files organized, create a folder on your computer to store the photo
images and document files you will be uploading to your Profile. You can add or change your images and documents as often as you like so having them all in one place makes it easy to quickly update your files as needed. Store the worksheet with your image and document files in the same folder to have everything you need at hand.
REMEMBER:

You do not need to complete the sections in any particular order.

Unless a field is required, you do not need to enter info until it is available.

Most fields have instructions or suggested input format directly beneath.

If you don't have info for a particular field, enter NA or leave it blank as indicated.

Make sure to include the prefix https:// before a website address.

To add videos to your site, upload your separate videos to YouTube, Hudl, Vimeo, Wistia, or any other video hosting site that creates a sharable URL link to your video. Enter the video links in the appropriate fields in your form. Each video will play in a separate window.

Return to the input form often through your member dashboard to add and update information as needed.

Make sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the page each time you finish updating a section.

VIDEO Instructions for Completing your Diamond Players Recruits Profile
VIDEO 1
To Start: Sign up for your Recruiting Profile Membership. Immediately after completing your sign-up form you will be redirected to the;
Initial Input Form: This form contains the Required Information to submit before completing the rest of the sections. Submitting this completed form will create your Profile and add it to the Player Profile Directory. Complete this form at one time and then SUBMIT it. You will then be re-directed to the:
Player Bio Form: This form contains text fields, dropdown choice fields, weblink fields, and one photo upload button. In this section, you can upload your headshot photo and add optional player and team information. There are also fields to add links to your team websites. When you are finished making changes to a form, click on the “Save” button. You will then be directed to your LIVE Profile site. Return to update this form anytime by going to “My Recruiting Profile” from the Login Bar.

Academic Info Form: This form contains text fields, one dropdown field, and one choice selection. When you are finished making changes to a form, click on the “Save” button. You will then be directed to your LIVE Profile site. Return to update this form anytime by going to “My Recruiting Profile” from the Login Bar.

Personal Info Form: This form contains text fields, one dropdown field, and three Rich Text Boxes you can use to add as much information as you like and format the text. When you are finished making changes to a form, click on the “Save” button. You will then be directed to your LIVE Profile site. Return to update this form anytime by going to “My Recruiting Profile” from the Login Bar.
NOTE: Parent Names, Phone Numbers, and Email Addresses will only be visible on your Profile to you and registered college coaches, recruiters, and professional scouts.
IMPORTANT: Coaches will look at your Social Media Sites. These give valuable insights into your character, personality, and interests.

References Form: This form only contains text fields. When you are finished making changes to a form, click on the “Save” button. You will then be directed to your LIVE Profile site. Return to update this form anytime by going to “My Recruiting Profile” from the Login Bar.
College coaches may want to know more about you and verify the information in your Profile. Add trusted coaches, trainers, school counselors, scouts, etc.
NOTE: Your References Names, Phone Numbers, and Email Addresses will only be visible on your Profile to you and registered college coaches, recruiters, and professional scouts.
VIDEO 5
Game & Event Schedules Form: This form contains a combination of text fields, weblink fields and document upload buttons.
For each event, upload a pdf file from your computer and/or enter a link to online schedules. Limit pdf uploads to 15mb - Make sure to include https://www. at the beginning of the web address. Recruiters will be able to download your schedule or click on the link to view it online. Leave the field blank if the schedule is unavailable. It is important to update this section often to keep recruiters up to date on your upcoming game and event schedule.
When you are finished making changes to a form, click on the “Save” button. You will then be directed to your LIVE Profile site. Return to update this form anytime by going to “My Recruiting Profile” from the Login Bar.

Awards & Honors Form: This form contains a combination of text fields, weblink fields, and document upload buttons. There are also two Rich Text Boxes you can use to add as much information as you like and format the text. When you are finished making changes to a form, click on the “Save” button. You will then be directed to your LIVE Profile site. Return to update this form anytime by going to “My Recruiting Profile” from the Login Bar.

Testing & Stats Form: This form contains text fields and Rich Text Boxes you can use to add as much information as you like and format the text.
Complete this section as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Return here often to update and keep information current. DO NOT exaggerate your testing and skills stats!! MAKE SURE the information you enter was verified at an evaluation or practice session and can be confirmed by a reliable coach or instructor. Use the Rich Text boxes to enter additional testing and verification information.
You can leave a Date Recorded field blank, but make sure you have a verified reference if requested.
When you are finished making changes to a form, click on the “Save” button. You will then be directed to your LIVE Profile site. Return to update this form anytime by going to “My Recruiting Profile” from the Login Bar.

Videos & Photos Form: This form contains text and weblink fields for videos and image upload buttons for photos.
ADD VIDEOS:
Videos have become critical sources of information for today's recruiters and scouts. Well-prepared game and skills videos create a great first impression and will give recruiters a good look at your athleticism and skill set.
NOTE: Coaches prefer to see shorter videos of each skill rather than one long video with all skills running together.
For Best Video Presentation:
Upload your separate videos to YouTube, Hudl, Vimeo, Wistia, or any other video hosting site that creates a sharable URL link to your video. Enter the video links in the appropriate field below. Each video will play in a separate window.
NOTE: The video player will not play YouTube playlists or the new "SHORTS" format
IMPORTANT: If you want to use videos you have on other recruiting sites, make sure they allow you to share your video URL link.
ADD PHOTOS:
Select image files from your computer to upload to your profile page. Accepted file types: JPG, PNG, GIF, JPEG, JPE, JFIF, BMP, HEIC, HEIF, TIFF, TIF, WEBP, JPEG. Change or replace photos as needed.
When you are finished making changes to a form, click on the “Save” button. You will then be directed to your LIVE Profile site. Return to update this form anytime by going to “My Recruiting Profile” from the Login Bar.
